Downloading Locally Stored SDRs through SFTP

You can use SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol or Secure File Transfer Protocol) to access the SDR files that are locally stored on the device (see Storing SDRs Locally on the Device). The locally stored SDRs are located in the /sdr folder.

As this is a secure connection, the SFTP client needs to authenticate itself with the device (SFTP server). The device performs standard user authentication, where you can set it up to check the user's credentials in the Local Users table (see Configuring Management User Accounts) or with a remote authentication server.

As an SFTP client, you can do the following SFTP operations on SDR files:

Rename SDR files
Download SDR files

You can access the /sdr folder only if you have one of the following management user levels:

Administrator
Security Administrator
Master
