Filter by Call Direction
You can filter data according to call direction.

| ■ | On the Interactions page, select one of the following from the 'Direction' dropdown: |
| ● | Incoming |
| ● | Outgoing |
| ● | None (indicates a Conference Call) |
If you cannot find the Direction column, add it to the display (see Customize Columns).
