Filtering by Notes
You can search by notes that have been defined for a call.
You can only filter text strings using whole words.

| 1. | In the Icon pane, click either  or  . |
| 2. | In the Search field, enter the text string contained in any note. Notes containing text are highlighted blue (as shown in the figure above). The number adjacent to the note icon indicates the number of notes that have been created for the interaction. |
