Commercial Tracking of Device Manager Service

Depending on your service provider setup in the Live Platform, commercial tracking may have been enforced for your Device Manager service (see Commercial Information Form when Adding Services). This feature is generic for all Live Platform services and is enabled at the Service Provider level.

When creating a service on a commercial track enabled service provider, you must enter basic commercial information and provide a Terms & Conditions file. You can select an existing file or upload your own file.

After a service has been created, the commercial details are displayed among the details of that service.
After a service provider has been enabled for commercial tracking, terms and conditions must be approved at the first channel-level login to Live Platform.
