Support of RXV200 Bundle with Touch Screen

The RXV200 is controlled either via the RX-PAD console or via a touch screen display.

Prior to this release, Device Manager supported RXV200 when bundled with RX-PAD. With this release, Device Manager also supports RXV200 bundled with a touch screen (RXV200-BO9 bundle). The following figure shows the configuration of such a system.
