Configurable Email Subject Line for Alarm Forwarding

The subject line of emails that notify of newly raised alarms (i.e., alarm forwarding) has been updated to reflect the Live Platform name. By default, the subject is now "Live Platform new Notifications", followed by the number of raised alarms.

Administrators can customize this subject line using the new 'Internal Mail Server Subject' field, available under System > Administration > Ovoc Server > Configuration.
