Non-Live Platform Service Calls in Calls List

The Calls List page (Quality Of Experience > Calls List) now provides a comprehensive view of all Service Provider traffic, including calls not associated with Live Platform services. For example, unclassified SBC calls that are not associated with a specific SIP Connection because of numbers not configured at the service level within the SBC.

To help manage this call data, a new filter, 'Filtered calls' allows the user to toggle between viewing all calls or excluding non-Live Platform service traffic:

All service provider calls - displays all calls handled by the Service Provider's devices, including calls associated with Live Platform services

■

Only services level calls - displays only calls associated with Live Platform services.
