Commercial Information Form when Adding Services

System Administrators and Service Providers (Administrator or Operator levels only) can now enable Live Platform to present a Commercial Information form for basic Purchase Order (PO) related information (commercial) when adding a service for a customer (Channel or End Customer). Enabling the form also includes uploading a customized Terms and Conditions (T&C) file for the form.

Upon first login by the Channel, Live Platform displays the Commercial Information form with the T&Cs. The Channel needs to agree to the T&C to access Live Platform.

The commercial form requests the following information:

Channel Purchase Order (PO) number

■

Payment type (pay-as-you-go, 12 months, 24 months, or 36 months)

■

Payment Terms (per month, per year, or one-time)

■

Deployment type (live production or proof of concept / POC)

■

DPA number (discount code)
