Maintenance Message Display on Dashboard

Live Platform now displays maintenance messages on the dashboard to keep users informed about system updates and scheduled maintenance. For example, administrators can notify users about an upcoming service update or planned downtime.

To enable this feature, administrators need to configure the URL where the maintenance message file (.txt or .md) is hosted. This is done through the new 'Dashboard Message URL' field, available under System > Administration > Ovoc Server > Configuration.
