Configure Webex Cloud Connect Settings

Once you have created the new Webex Cloud Connect provider, you must configure the following:

Webhook to trigger an email to the customer CRM each time a new customer lead is generated.
Calling Regions
App Registration settings for customer and number management
To configure service provider settings:
1. In the Navigation pane, click Settings.

2. Configure parameters according to the table below.

Notification Header Key

Header authentication key (header key: runkey) to connect to the destination address.

Notification Header Value

The passkey in the Header Value.

Notification URL

The destination URL for the HTTP POST. Click Submitto apply change.

Reload Pages Data button

Click to refresh the page.

Show Dialplan Check box

Shows or hides the 'Use SBC Dialplan' check box in the Upload Number dialog box.

Connectivity Type

Choose one of the following options:

Peering: Connect calls using the Service Provider SBC. For this configuration, customers can only Calling Profiles and cannot configure SIP Connections and SBC Scripts.
BYOC: Connect calls using the dedicated customer SBC. For this configuration, customers can configure SIP Connections, SBC Scripts and Calling Profiles.

Supported Cloud Connected PSTN Carrier (Read-only)

Information message regarding the availability of AudioCodes validated PSTN Carriers.

App Registration used for customer and number management (Click Submit App Integration to apply changes).
