Devices Management
The following device topologies can be managed in Live Platform:
| ■ | Devices deployed in AudioCodes Cloud data centers. These devices are deployed by AudioCodes Professional Services. |
| ■ | Devices deployed remotely on customer sites and managed as part of the Hybrid Entity Service (see Hybrid Entities). Theses devices may be deployed by AudioCodes Professional Services, Service Provider, Channels or Customers. |
For Direct Routing and Operator Connect Service management, you must also define UMP operators for managing the REST connection with Live Platform (see Adding UMP System Operator (Mandatory) and Adding Local System Operators (Optional).
