SIP Connections

You can add new SIP connections between your Live Platform and the PSTN trunk. A unique entity is created for all monitoring and reporting of the service.

SIP Connection management includes:

Add SIP Connection
Edit SIP Connection
Import SIP Connection
To manage SIP connections:
1. In the Navigation pane, select SIP Connection, and then select the SIP Connection tab.

The table below describes the parameters in this screen.

Parameter

Description

Name

Name of the SIP connection.

Customer

Name of the customer attached to the SIP connection.

Associated

Association between the PSTN trunk and service SIP Connection. The CX device must be associated with a PSTN SIP Connection.

SIP Connection

Type of the SIP connection. One of the following values:

Live CX
PSTN
Sub Service/Device
Import

Calling Profile

Name of the Calling Profile attached to the SIP connection.

Status

One of the following values:

Cleaned – The SIP Connection cleaned from the SBC
Defined – The SIP Connection defined in the database but didn’t created on the SBC yet
