Troubleshooting wyUpdates

If the wyUpdate encounters issues during the installation, you are prompted to press enter to continue and then the installation rolls back the process. Check log files for errors and contact AudioCodes support.

Access the LogReport for all Errors found during the upgrade from the C:/aces/logs directory.
