WhatsApp number management
You can integrate your WhatsApp Business account with Live Hub to support WhatsApp voice calling. Connect your WhatsApp phone numbers to the Live Hub platform to enable voice calls using the WhatsApp service.
WhatsApp numbers can be connected to voice bots or contact centers using regular routing rules. However, there are currently limitations: WhatsApp cannot be connected to Microsoft Teams, SIP trunks, or standard phone numbers.
Manage your connected WhatsApp numbers through the 'WhatsApp numbers' page, accessible via the navigation menu. This page lists your numbers, each displayed on a card that includes the number, the name you assigned to the number, the region, and its status.
