Pasting Zoom URL into Meeting Insights
Once you have obtain the Zoom meeting's URL (see Obtaining URL of Zoom Meeting), you need to paste it into Meeting Insights.

To paste Zoom meeting URL into Meeting Insights: |

Meeting Insights for Web and Teams Desktop Client:

Log in to your Meeting Insights web-based management portal. |
|

In the 'Paste a Zoom Meeting URL' field located in the top-right corner of the window, paste the Zoom meeting invite link from your clipboard: |

Click the  icon to submit the URL; a message appears informing you that Meeting Insights has sent a request to join the Zoom meeting (as Mia). In the meeting recording list, the meeting displays the following connection stages: |

 Meeting Insights bot is currently connecting to the Zoom meeting (which may take some time). |
|
◆
|
 Meeting Insights bot has connected to the Zoom meeting and is currently waiting to be admitted. |
The Zoom meeting is displayed in the meeting list with the Zoom 
icon:
Once you've pasted the Zoom URL into Meeting Insights and joined the meeting, in your Zoom meeting, the Participants panel displays the Meeting Insights bot as an additional participant. The bot name is defined by your Administrator. In the example below, the bot's name includes the first name of the participant that invited Meeting Insights bot, followed by "Meeting Assistant":
