Deleting Webchat Interaction Settings

The procedure below describes how to delete Webchat Interaction Settings.

➢ To delete Webchat Interaction Settings:

Open the Webchat Interaction Settings page (Configuration > Interaction Manager > Webchat); the following appears:

Select the webchat interaction check box that you wish to delete.

From the ‘Actions’ drop-down menu, choose Delete Webchat Settings.

Click OK.
