Set up Your SIPREC Client for Double Recording

Double recording is only supported for Interaction Insight tenants with a Pro license.

To implement double recording, set up your SIPREC client with a second SRS:

If your SIPREC client is an AudioCodes SBC, follow the steps in Set up Your AudioCodes SBC for SIPREC.
If you are using a third-party SIPREC client, follow the instructions of the vendor.

Once set up, the SBC SIPREC client will fork the SIPREC stream to both SRS instances, thus providing double recording.

To match duplicate recordings as belonging to the same call, both SRS instances must receive:

The same SIPREC metadata, and
An AC-Session-ID or X-AUDC-CALL-ID SIP INVITE message header with an identical and unique value (see Set the Original Call ID).
