Setting up Your SIPREC Client

For SIPREC to have access to media and messaging data, your SIPREC Client must be set up to communicate with the Interaction Insights SIP Recording Server (SRS).

The SIPREC Client may be either of the following:

An integrated SIPREC service managed by AudioCodes, as part of AudioCodes Interaction Insights portfolio. In this case, no SIPREC Client configuration is required.
A non-AudioCodes SIPREC client supporting RFC 7865 for SIPRec signaling and media. Set it up according to the instructions of the vendor.
An AudioCodes Session Border Controller (SBC). Set it up as described in Setting up Your AudioCodes SBC for SIPREC.

You will need the FQDN or IP address of the SRS for the setup (for Pro-licensed systems with double recording, also the FQDN / IP address of the redundant SRS). Obtain them from AudioCodes Support.
