Configuring Device Manager FQDN

The Device Manager FQDN is the base URL of the Service Device URL used by customer services for connecting to the Live Platform . The Service Device URL is created when the Device Manager service is created. For example:

To configure the Device Manager FQDN:

1.

Log in to the Live Platform portal with SysAdmin permissions.

2.

Open the Live Platform Configuration screen (System > Administration > > Configuration).

3.

Configure the Device Manager FQDN as shown in the figure below.
