Live Platform now supports a new Hybrid Links service for hybrid entities, enabling customer-specific logical links across shared and dedicated SBC environments. This lets you identify and monitor traffic from a given end customer across multiple SBCs, using flexible link filters such as DID ranges, regular expressions, and SIP header/value matching. The feature supports hybrid SBC migration to Live Platform while preserving tenant-level isolation and customer visibility. Customers can now view only their own linked resources and data, including:
