Hybrid Links for Hybrid Entities (liveOPS 360)
Live Platform now supports a new Hybrid Links service for hybrid entities, enabling customer-specific logical links across shared and dedicated SBC environments. This allows traffic from a given end customer to be identified and monitored across multiple SBCs using flexible link filters such as DID ranges, regular expressions, and SIP header/value matching.
Customers can now view only their own linked resources and data, including:
