Filters

Use the following table as a reference for User Filters.

Filter

Description

Time Range

Filter by time range, see Filtering by Time Range.

Customers (Customers)

From the drop-down list, select a configured Customer. Only calls made by and received from users assigned to this Customer are displayed in the page. See Filtering by Customer.

Active Directory User Locations

Select a configured user location to retrieve a list of users for this Active Directory user location. See Filtering by Active Directory User Location

Tenant

From the Drop-down list, select the desired tenant to filter. Click All to select all the tenants.

Full Name

Enter the nameof a user. Only calls madeby andreceivedfromthat user will be displayed in the page.

Country

Enter the nameof a country. Only calls madeandreceivedby users in the specified country are displayed in the page.

Department

Enter the nameof a department in the enterprise. Only calls madeand receivedby users in the specified department are displayed in the page.

Line URI

Applies line URI for user.
