Release Numbers
You can release (delete) numbers that have been uploaded to customers.
When you release a number, it's displayed on the OC Number Management page with the
"Release Requested" icon. This indicates that Live Platform is processing the deletion.

To filter the list of numbers that you can delete (by "Marked for Removal", from the Status drop-down list (located above the table), choose MarkedForRemoval. |

In the OC Number Management page, select the check boxes of the numbers that you want to release. |
|

Click the Release / Delete Selected Numbers button; a confirmation message box appears. |

Click Release to confirm; a success message appears notifying you that the number has been successfully released from Microsoft. The number now appears with the "Release Requested" icon, indicating that Live Platform is now deleting the number from its database. When the number is deleted, it's no longer listed under the Numbers tab. |

To view the deletion status ("InProgress" or "Complete") of the released numbers, select the Release Number tab. |

The processing time for synchronization with the Live Platform server and Microsoft platform depends on the server load. Run the following jobs to refresh the Numbers data (see Synchronizing Operator Connect Jobs): |

In the Multitenant portal Navigation pane, select Monitoring > Operator Connect > Job Monitor. |
Note the Release Job status for both Microsoft (MS Status) and SBC (SBC Status).

Click the relevant entry in the SBC Status column to open the Phone Number SBC Cleanup task status screen. |
The Job Monitor is only relevant for numbers that are uploaded using Live Platform. Its not relevant for numbers that were uploaded from the Operator Connect portal.
