Day Two Management using the Service Portal
Once you have upgraded the OC Essentials license (see Upgrading to OC Essentials Plus or OC Pro), you can manage the Operator Connect Essentials Plus or Pro services using the Service portal. You can then manage the customer M365 platform including Microsoft Teams phone functionality from Live Platform.
