Configure SP License

This option lets you open a Single Sign-on connection to the Voca CIC interface, landing on the Edit Service Provider page. For details, see Voca CIC Admin Guide.

Do the following:

1.

In the Services page, from the Voca CIC drop-down, choose Configure SP License.

2.

From the Tenants drop-down, select the relevant Tenants, and from the Sub Region drop-down, select the relevant sub region.

The Edit Service Provider page is displayed.

3.

Click a specific Tier to view the assigned Virtual Agent licenses.

4.

Click Edit to update values for a specific license.

5.

Update Quantity and Expiration Date as required and then click OK.

6.

Click Add License Contract to add a new license contract.

7.

Enter the desired License Quantity and the Expiration Date and then click OK.
