Voca CIC Onboarding Prerequisites
| 1. | Ensure that the service provider and channel Voca CIC tenants has been enabled with the Voca CIC service. |
| 2. | Add Voca CIC Sub Regions (see Adding Network Tenants). |
| 3. | Attach the Voca CIC Sub Regions that you added in the above step to the service provider and channel tenants. |
| ■ | Ensure that you have attached a channel to the customer under which you wish to add the Voca CIC service. The channel represents the Voca CIC Provider. The channel should be enabled for the Voca CIC service, and attached to a Service Provider Voca tenant that is also enabled for the Voca CIC service. |
| ■ | Ensure that the customer of the deployed service is attached to a channel that is enabled for the Voca CIC service. |
