Onboarding Prerequisites

Ensure that the Service Provider (Voca tenant) has been enabled with the Voca CIC service.

Ensure that you have attached a channel to the customer under which you wish to add the Voca CIC service. The channel represents the Voca CIC Provider. The channel should be enabled for the Voca CIC service, and attached to a Service Provider Voca tenant that is also enabled for the Voca CIC service.

Ensure that the customer of the deployed service is attached to a channel that is enabled for the Voca CIC service.
