Voca CIC Onboarding Prerequisites

This section describes the required actions to perform before you can onboard Voca CIC services.

➢

Do the following:

1.

Add a Voca CIC device for each relevant sub region (see Adding Network Tenants-Voca Sub Regions).

2.

Ensure that the service provider and channel Voca CIC tenants has been enabled with the Voca CIC service.

3.

Attach the Voca CIC devices to the relevant service provider and channel tenants.

4.

Attach a customer to a channel that is enabled for the Voca CIC service and whose attached service provider is also enabled with the Voca CIC service. The channel represents the Voca CIC provider.

5.

Verify that the customer is also enabled for the Voca CIC service.
