Webex Meetings

You can use Meeting Insights to record Cisco Webex meetings.

You can record internal and external Webex meetings. Internal meetings are those that are hosted by your organization and initiated by one of your Meeting Insights users. External meetings are those that are hosted by an outside organization, organized by an external party, where Meeting Insights users are invited to the meeting.

You can use Meeting Insights to record Webex meetings for different scenarios:

Recording Ad Hoc in a Zoom Meeting: During an ongoing Webex meeting, you spontaneously opt to record the session using Meeting Insights (see Ad-Hoc Record a Webex Meeting).

Receiving a Webex Meeting Invitation: Upon receiving a Webex meeting invitation, you wish to utilize Meeting Insights to record the session (see Record an Invited or Scheduled Webex Meeting).
