Ad-Hoc Record a Webex Meeting
At any time during a Webex meeting, you can invite Meeting Insight's Mia ad hoc to join the meeting and start recording.
Recording a Webex meeting by Meeting Insights includes the following steps:

Recording Webex meetings can only be done by Meeting Insights users that have permission (enabled by your Administrator) to record Webex meetings. |

The user who initiates the ad hoc recording of the Webex meeting is granted Owner permissions. |

|
Other meeting participants or users can access the recorded Webex meeting only if the Owner shares it with them. |
