Disabling Device Recording Profiles

You can disable a device recording profile, thereby setting it to not record calls. Disabling clears the Call Direction In and Out checkboxes in the profile configuration.

To modify a profile:
1. In the Icon pane, click , and then in the Navigation pane, select Recording SettingsDevice Recording Profile.
2. Click the dots adjacent to the profile that you wish to modify, then click Disable. In the Status column, the status of the profile changes from 'Active' to 'Disabled'.

To reactivate a disabled profile, select the In and/or Out checkboxes under 'Call Direction' (see Viewing or Modifying Device Recording Profiles).
