Disabling Device Recording Profiles
You can disable a device recording profile, thereby setting it to not record calls. Disabling clears the Call Direction In and Out checkboxes in the profile configuration.

| 1. | In the Icon pane, click |
| 2. | Click the dots adjacent to the profile that you wish to modify, then click Disable. In the Status column, the status of the profile changes from 'Active' to 'Disabled'. |
To reactivate a disabled profile, select the In and/or Out checkboxes under 'Call Direction' (see Viewing or Modifying Device Recording Profiles).
