Moving Devices Between Services

You can move devices between Device Manager services of your Live Platform, or migrate devices from one Live Platform to another. The steps are similar for both procedures:

1.

In the source platform, remove the devices from the redirect server of the current service (see Delete Devices from Redirect Server).

2.

In the destination platform, add the MAC addresses of the devices to the redirect server of the target service (see Adding Devices to Live Platform Device Manager).

3.

Delete the devices from the source platform and reset their provisioning parameters (see Deleting Migrated Devices from Live Platform).
