Accessing the Device Manager

Device Manager is accessed from the Live Platform portal.

To open Device Manager:
1. In the Live Platform portal, open the Customer page (Network > Customers) as shown below.
2. Do one of the following:
In the Live Platform Dashboard, click the Device Manager link.

In the Services page, from the Service Actions drop-down menu, choose Device ManagerOpen Management Page.

The Device Manager Dashboard page opens.

The Device Status page is displayed (see Managing Devices in the Devices Status Page):

Summary of Unregistered Devices
Disconnected Devices
Statistics Summary
Customers on board
Service Providers
Models of devices currently deployed
Firmware installed on deployed devices
