Device Does Not Get the .CFG Configuration File
Even though the Template in Live Platform Device Manager is updated with a .cfg configuration file, the device does not receive it.
| ➢ | To troubleshoot the issue: |
| 1. | Check the <MAC>.cfg file. It holds the provisioned configuration. |
| 2. | If the configuration was not generated from Template ('Generate Configuration'), the setting will not be updated to the actual provisioned file. |
| 3. | Check that there is no override at a lower level CFG/Placeholders (Setup > Configuration > Service Provider Configuration / Customer Configuration / Profile Configuration). |
| 4. | Make sure the phone downloads the correct CFG/Template file. |
