Devices are not Displayed because Insufficient Endpoints are Licensed
Even though the DHCP / Direct setting is correctly configured, admins may encounter the issue in which Live Platform Device Manager is not displaying devices.

| 1. | In the , open the Endpoints screen (System > License > Configuration > Endpoints). |
| 2. | View the total number of available endpoints. |
| 3. | Make sure the Service Provider is licensed with sufficient endpoints. |
