Devices are not Displayed because Insufficient Endpoints are Licensed

Even though the DHCP / Direct setting is correctly configured, admins may encounter the issue in which Live Platform Device Manager is not displaying devices.

To troubleshoot if devices are not displayed:
1. In the , open the Endpoints screen (System > License > Configuration > Endpoints).

2. View the total number of available endpoints.
3. Make sure the Service Provider is licensed with sufficient endpoints.
