Missing Certificates - Device Can’t Access Manager as it's using HTTPS

The device cannot access Live Platform Device Manager as the module is using HTTPS.

To troubleshoot the issue:
1. Go to Setup > Settings > DHCP Option Configuration.
2. Add the following to Dhcpoption160.Cfg Template:
security/ca_certificate/0/uri= <http location of the Certificate>/<certificate>
3. Restore the device to defaults.
