Reactivating a Suspended Tenant

You can reactivate a suspended tenant (see Suspending a Tenant) at any time during the suspension period.

To reactivate a tenant:
1. Open the Meeting Insights service's Tenant Management portal.
2. Click the Tenant Management heading located at the top of the navigation pane; the list of tenants is displayed.
3. In the tenants list, click the ellipsis (...) button of the tenant you want to reactivate, and then from the drop-down menu, choose Activate; the tenant now regains Meeting Insights service and the tenant's 'Status' field changes to "Active".
