Managing Devices for SIPREC Recording

You can set up SIP devices for SIPREC recording if this feature is enabled on your Interaction Insights recording tenant.

To do this, decide on a SIPREC device hierarchy structure (see Planning SIPREC Device Hierarchy Structure). Based on this hierarchy:

Set up Device Groups (see Managing Device Groups).

Set up Device Recording Profiles and map them to the relevant Device Groups (see Managing Device Recording Profiles).

■

Add Devices to the Devices page and map them to the relevant Device Groups (see Adding Devices).
