Filtering and Mass Provisioning

A key feature of this page is the ability to provision multiple numbers in a single action. For example, approve the removal of selected numbers or reactivate selected numbers after they have been marked for removal. You can only apply multiple entries that have the same status. For example, if one phone number is an "Active" number and others are "Marked for Removal" then these entries cannot be processed in a single action.

To search using the Dashboard filters:
If you select Active Numbers and then select individual entries, you can then select the Release/Delete Selected button to apply to selection.

If you selected Release Requested, the numbers that are pending release are displayed. This view is read-only pending Live Platform processing of the request.

If you select Marked for Removal, you can then select multiple entries and select either Approve Removing Selected or Reactivate Selected to apply to selection.

In order to apply mass provisioning all entries in the selection must have the same status.

To search using the search field:
1. In the search field, search by entering text for the following fields:
Telephone Number
Tenant Id
Calling Profile Id
TnUpload JobId
OC SIP Connection Name
UMP Customer Full Name
Live Platform Channel Name

The Summary data pane is updated accordingly and the queried number is retrieved in the Phone Numbers directory.
