Onboarding Prerequisites
Before onboarding a Customer to the Meeting Insights service, ensure the following requirements are met:

(Optional) If the Custom Templates feature is required, make sure it's enabled for the Service Provider (Tenant) or Channel associated with the Customer. Custom Templates allow Meeting Insights users to generate AI-powered summaries using templates tailored to their organization. When Custom Templates are enabled, the Custom Templates menu becomes available in the Tenant Management user interface when the Meeting Insights service is added for a Customer. |
To enable Custom Templates:

Open the Tenant Details or Channel Details dialog box when adding or editing a Service Provider (Tenant) or Channel, respectively. |

Click the Services tab. |

Select the 'Enable Custom Templates Management' check box: |
