Ad-Hoc Record a Google Meet

At any time during a Google Meet meeting, you can invite Meeting Insight's Mia ad hoc to start recording the meeting.

Recording a Google Meet meeting by Meeting Insights includes the following main steps:

1. Obtaining the URL of the Google Meet meeting (see Obtain the Google Meet URL).
2. Pasting the URL into Meeting Insights management interface (see Paste the Google Meet URL into Meeting Insights).
● Ad hoc recording of Google Meet meetings can only be done by Meeting Insights users that have permission (enabled by your Administrator) to record Google Meet meetings.
● The user who initiates the ad hoc recording of the Google Meet meeting is granted Owner permissions.
● Other meeting participants or users can access the ad hoc recorded Google Meet meeting only if the Owner shares it with them.
