SIPREC Licenses

For SIPREC call recording, customers are charged based on the number of allowed concurrent sessions being recorded. For a session to be recorded, both of the following conditions must be met:

The device that made or received the call must be a member of a device group, which in turn is associated with a device recording profile (see Device Recording Profiles and Manage Device Groups).
This profile must be set to record the call direction of the session – outgoing (call made) or incoming (call received). The profile may cover either direction or both.

A recording is associated with a device. If a call involves several participating devices and each device is set up for recording, the call will be recorded separately for each device, each recording being counted as a session.
